Should you require more keys than you have been issued with, please do not hesitate to contact the Receptionist on duty who will assist you. Upon check out/departure, please remember to return your key card.
There is a telephone in every room, which is available for your private use to dial an outside line you must first dial ‘9’ and then the telephone number you require. Please note that when calling ‘freephone’ numbers such as those prefixed with 0800, 0500 and 0808 there is a connection charge of £1.00 per call.
Check out time is by 12.00am and check in time is from 3.00pm. Please contact Reception should you require an extension of your departure time. Please note that the grant of the check out extension is subject to room availability.
Messages left with Reception will be recorded and delivered to the room. The telephone in the room has a voice mail facility.
Please contact the Reception to place a wake up call.
Should you wish not to be disturbed, please make use of the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign, which can be placed on the outside of your room main door.
The Management will not be held responsible for any loss incurred. The Housekeeping Department will offer assistance in tracing property lost on the premises of Leicester House.
For items left behind by our guests, Leicester House works with a courier company that provides same day, ground and air, document and package delivery services to our guests throughout the globe.
A message will be sent to the room upon receipt of any parcels or mail. The item will be held at the front desk for your collection.
Leicester House would like your stay to be as comfortable and convenient as possible. Breakfast can be delivered to your room at your choice of time between 7am and 11am to make your trip easier and more luxurious.
Please contact our Receptionist if assistance for baggage is required.
On departure we can store two items of luggage per guest.
Housekeeping staff is available to clean your room every day Monday to Sunday from 7:00am to 11:00pm, including Bank Holidays. Fresh towels will be provided everyday, and linen will be changed daily. Extra pillows, blankets, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards are available upon request. Please contact the Reception for further details.
All electrical outlets in the apartments supply 220-240 volts.
To ensure that you have a pleasant stay, we would appreciate your cooperation in observing the following.
For your protection and privacy, please use the safety latches when you are in the room. If you are leaving the room, please ensure that the door is firmly closed behind you. Don’t forget to return keys to Reception upon checkout.
Advise us if you wish your incoming calls to be screened.
Please note that you can identify the Leicester House staff by their uniforms. When in doubt of anyone’s identity, please contact Reception.
Please advise Reception, if you are expecting any visitors to stay overnight in your room.
In every room there is a safe together with the instructions. You are kindly advised to keep your valuables and any important items in your safe at all times.
Please keep your room windows locked at all times.
All room doors are fitted with a deadbolt lock. It is recommended that you secure the lock whenever you are inside your apartment and before retiring.
